I’m a daughter, sister, girlfriend, friend, doggy mom, student, and knitter – oh and soon-to-be aunt!  I’m addicted to Ravelry and spend much of my off time browsing patterns, groups, and people’s projects.  In December 2009, I will be graduating from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a BA in Art History and certificates in Material Culture Studies and Classical Studies.  I’m not sure what life after college will bring me – more school? – but I’d love to be able to move to California to be closer to my sister.  Ideally, I’d like to open my own yarn shop and start dying my own yarns.  I’m sure that the job is much more difficult than it sounds, but I’m willing to have a go at it – if I can find the funds to start, that is!

When I’m not knitting, I love to take pictures, go to the dog park with my lovely doggy, Diamond, be with family and friends, travel, and read.
